I sort of made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to read any more of the Secret Diary of a Garden Fairy.
Then it rained.
It rained and rained some more so I couldn't go out and actually work in the garden. I began to browse through some of my old gardening books instead. I pulled a few random books off the shelves and leafed through them - how else should one read a gardening book. I
