Natural Fertilizer does not come in perfect combinations of nutrients, but show number like 4-12-0 unlike synthetic fertilizer which comes in prefect combination like 10-10-10. These 3 numbers represent Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P) and Potassium (K) and listed in the same order.
Nitrogen is the primary nutrient used by the plant leaves and much required above the soil, Phosphorous helps to strengthen roots, fruit production and Potassium helps the plant to tolerate drought, heat and cold.

Blood Meal:
13-1-0 Great source for Nitrogen and can be mixed with potting soil
Compost:
